Rob and Brenda Panzer
Unit 69

Rob and Brenda Panzer will move to Hazel Lanes in due course. Rob retired from his position as the General Manager of Planning and Development for the City of London in 2011 and still undertakes some part-time planning consultant work. Brenda is an independent financial planner working from home with a client base spread across southwestern Ontario, Brenda grew up in Hamilton; Rob grew up in Sarnia and both are graduates of York University where they met. They have been married for 44 years and have two sons, one of whom is a Professor at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia and the other lives in London and is a distributor of medical supplies to hospitals in the region. The Panzers have two grand-daughters in Virginia and their younger son was married last year and owns a home in Old North London. They have lived in the London area for approximately 25 years and have owned homes in Dorchester, Westmount and the Tetherwood subdivision. Following Rob's retirement they wanted to move closer to Lake Huron and ended up buying a house in Sarnia. Now, their plan is to relocate back to London; however, they have certain commitments that will delay the sale of their house in Sarnia and, hence, their move to London for a likely period of six months to a year. The Panzers plan to complete some significant interior renovations to their unit including finishing the basement prior to their move. For the time being their unit is being rented by Liz Snelgrove.
