Brendan and Finola moved to Hazel Lanes in 2006 from Old North London where they lived for 28 years (on the same block). Brendon recently retired as a family doctor in London (with three other doctors) and Finola worked for the group practice.

The Dempseys have two children and three grandchildren (who live in London). Brendon and Finola love the Hazel Lanes community and its pleasant and tranquil life. Tennis, cycling, bridge and travelling (when they get the chance) are the Dempseys' passions.
