Tender Lawn Care maintains most of the condominium complex on behalf of its owners. All trees (other than those planted by an owner) are maintained by Tender Lawn Care. Grassed areas are also maintained by Tender Lawn Care (TLC). Private gardens are the responsibility of the individual owner (see Landscape Planting Policy). Because some avid gardeners like to care for their gardens themselves, the normal maintenance provided by TLC to gardens in front of each unit can be modified by choosing from the following options:

• NORMAL (the default if not specified otherwise) - Gardens, shrubs and vines in the front gardens will be maintained, trimmed and cultivated by TLC in accordance with Landscape Committee guidelines. You may wish to refer to the Landscape Maintenance Policy for more information.



• WEED AND EDGE ONLY - Gardens, shrubs and vines will be maintained and trimmed by the owner, TLC will cultivate the garden and maintain garden edges and trees not located in a private garden.



• EDGING ONLY - The owner has elected to maintain and cultivate all gardens, including all shrubs and vines. TLC will maintain garden edges and trees not located in a private garden.



• NOTHING (PRIVATE GARDEN) - The owner has elected to maintain, trim and cultivate gardens, shrubs, vines, trees, grassed areas and patios in all gardens. TLC has no responsibility
